Weekly Themes
WEEK 1
July 6–10, 2026
The Grand Animation Kick-off
We’re starting the summer with a burst of flavour and colour! This week focuses on bringing the boldest animated characters to life using everything from decadent chocolate to crisp greens. It’s a week of discovery where students learn to see food as a medium for storytelling, turning everyday snacks into scenes and characters of their favourite films.
WEEK 2
July 13-17, 2026
The Sweet & Savory Cinema
Step into the spotlight as we take our edible engineering to the next level. This week emphasizes the “wow” factor, challenging kids to recreate iconic movie scenes using the perfect mix of cupcakes and cookies. Whether we’re building a tropical fruit paradise or a candy-coated racetrack, the focus is on detail, texture, and movie-magic fun.
WEEK 3
July 20-24, 2026
The Edible Masterpiece Marathon
Mid-summer energy is at an all-time high as we tackle complex themes and vibrant colours! This week is all about variety – three days of sugary delights balanced by two days of architectural fruit and vegetable designs. Kids will explore how to use the shapes of natural produce to mimic the quirky world of animation, making for some truly unforgettable creations.
WEEK 4
July 27-31, 2026
The Ultimate “Is It Cake?” Finale
We’re closing out the season with our most ambitious projects yet! This final week is a celebration of everything learned, focusing on high-impact designs that would make professional food artists do a double-take. It’s a fast-paced, chocolate-filled, veggie-powered finale where every creator gets to shine as they bring the final curtain down on a summer of edible art.
Spots Are Limited
Each session is limited to 30 children, registration is expected to fill quickly.
Camper's Leadership & Skills Development
While the creations are sweet, the skills learned are even stronger. Our program is designed to foster real-world leadership and confidence through:
- Team-Based Execution: Students work in collaborative groups with rotating Appointed Team Leaders, allowing every child the opportunity to manage a project, delegate tasks, and drive their team toward a finished goal.
- Public Speaking & Presentation: At the end of each project, kids will step onto the stage to present their work. They will practice articulating what they built, how they did it, and why it brought them joy, building vital communication skills in a supportive environment.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Working with food requires quick thinking! Teams must work together to ensure their structures stand tall and their themes stay true to the movie of the day.
Note to Parents:
We will have animated movies and episodes of Is It Cake? playing in the background throughout the day to inspire our themes. If you have any objections to these shows being played, please contact us directly; otherwise, your registration is your consent for your child to participate in this viewing environment.
What to Where?
- Wear clean clothes, and a short sleeved T-shirt because there will be a lot of hand washing
- Bring a sweater.
- All long hair needs to be pulled back- braided or in a pony tail
What to Bring?
- A nut free healthy lunch
- A labelled water bottle
- Children can also eat their creations or bring them home.
- Excitement and imagination!
If you have questions about camp registration, scheduling, or extended care options, please contact our team before registering.
We are excited to have your child join us for a fun, creative, and safe camp experience centred around food, creativity, and confidence.

Food
Campers will transform ordinary treats and everyday ingredients into extraordinary edible works of art. From crafting adorable “wiener dogs” out of Twix and Tootsie Rolls to turning fruits and vegetables into colourful landscapes, silly characters, and epic sceneries, each project sparks imagination and creativity.
Kids will experiment with design, texture, and storytelling while having fun making creations that are almost too cute to eat.
