These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Kids Food Art YYC website, registration forms, programs, and services operated by Kids Food Art YYC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing this website or registering a child for our programs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview

Kids Food Art YYC offers hands-on children’s summer camp programs focused on food art, creativity, food safety, baking, cooking, and supervised group activities.

Programs are intended for children registered by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Registration & Payment

All camp registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Registration is considered confirmed only after:

  • Full payment has been received

  • Required forms and waivers have been completed

  • Emergency contact and medical information has been submitted

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.

Pricing, camp dates, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to limited camp capacity, staffing commitments, and advance material purchases, all registrations are final.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations, missed days, schedule conflicts, illness, vacations, or early withdrawals.

  • Requests to transfer registration to another camp week may be considered based on availability but are not guaranteed.

  • If a program is cancelled by Kids Food Art YYC, a full refund or credit will be provided.

4. Health, Safety & Allergies

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical, allergy, behavioural, and emergency contact information during registration.

  • While we strive to maintain a safe and allergy-aware environment:

  • Children may be exposed to common food allergens

  • Participation is at the parent/guardian’s own risk

Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in camp activities may involve minor risks associated with cooking, baking, food preparation, physical activity, and group participation.

Additional waivers and consent forms may apply and form part of these Terms.

5. Supervision & Conduct

Children are expected to:

  • Treat staff and other campers respectfully

  • Follow camp safety instructions

  • Participate appropriately in group activities

We reserve the right to remove a participant without refund if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate.

Parents/guardians may be contacted if behavioural concerns arise.

6. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • Timely drop-off and pick-up

  • Ensuring authorized pick-up contacts are accurate

Children will only be released to approved individuals listed during registration unless prior written authorization is provided.
